When you send an enquiry through our contact form, we collect:

• your name and email address;
• your organisation, if you choose to provide it;
• the message you send us; and
• optional information about timing and approximate budget.

If you use our website chat, the text you enter is processed to generate a response. Please do not include confidential information or sensitive personal data in a chat message.

If you have an authorised administrator account, our authentication provider processes the information needed to sign you in and protect the administration area.

We use personal information to:

• read, manage and respond to enquiries;
• understand the work or support someone is asking us about;
• operate, secure and improve the website and its services;
• provide authorised access to the content management system; and
• meet applicable legal, regulatory and security obligations.

Depending on the context and applicable law, we process this information to respond to a request, take steps before entering a contract, pursue our legitimate interests in operating our business, or comply with a legal obligation.

We use service providers to host and operate the website, store website content and enquiries, authenticate administrators, and power the website chat. This currently includes Replit-managed infrastructure, Clerk authentication, object storage and an AI service used to generate chat responses.

These providers may process limited information on our behalf. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or where necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal rights. We do not sell personal information.

Links to LinkedIn, Instagram and X take you to external websites governed by their own privacy notices. The website also requests font files from Google Fonts.

We do not currently use advertising cookies, analytics pixels or marketing trackers. The accessibility panel stores your selected display preferences in your browser’s local storage so they remain available when you return.

Essential technical storage may be used when an authorised administrator signs in. Hosting and security services may also process basic network information, such as an IP address, to deliver and protect the site.

We use technical and organisational measures intended to protect personal information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or loss. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

We keep information only while it is reasonably needed for the purposes described above, including responding to enquiries and meeting legal or operational requirements. Contact enquiries are not currently deleted by the website after a fixed automatic expiry period. You may ask us to review or delete an enquiry by emailing us.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information, object to certain processing, or request a portable copy. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
